Take 5 tabs twice a day 30 min after a meal or as prescribed by the practitioner. Kids under 12 years old, take 2 tabs. Let the tablets dissolve in your mouth. Do not swallow it whole. Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and strong smells.
